My orthopedic Dr Nayyer did a great job on my foot surgery. He was very thorough. He was always there for me if I had any questions or concerns. He handled my infection after surgery. He was very caring during my long recovery. I ended up with an infection after my first surgery. Was my fault. I didn’t stay off my foot like I should have. Unfortunately my oldest son died 4 days after my surgery. He was so kind and understanding during this time. I have recommended him to friends that need the best orthopedic surgeon. His staff was great too. Always there for me.

Kim is your surgical coordinator, she has taken care of me throughout my experience with you. Except for a time when she, herself was off for medical needs. The fill-in person did not provide the same level of service. In the week leading up to my scheduled procedure, I had to initiate any type of communication. I left messages that were not returned. When my surgery had to be postponed due to covid, I had to call several times to hunt down information. Very frustrating. I was very glad when Kim returned.

The waiting area wasn't too crowded. The receptionist were very cordial and the Dr provided me with the attention my medical situation needed.
